Original Diva 5,005
I'm so glad Perfect Celebrity wasn't called Notorious Being, as fans had speculated it to be. It's just a clunky title. Notorious could've been a cool album title though! excuse me no

The lyrics aren't exactly the most personal throughout, I suppose, but it does feel like a career defining record worthy of such a title. And it's just so true to who "Gaga" is excuse me no

Versace 8,035
GAGA would work because truly it was a return to self and what inspired her, she also described it as a new beginning during TCB film promo. Zane interview made us aware that Perfect Celebrity was a working title at some point which I don’t mind but I don’t feel many of the songs encompass that theme. Chaos could have easily been the title as well, since it’s the closest synonym to Mayhem and Gaga has sometimes used them interchangeably when describing the album. At first I thought Chaos sounded much cooler than Mayhem but seeing how hard her/her team ate with the font style they chose for Mayhem, really made me appreciate it as a title and see the title as an iconic symbol of sorts for lots of cool merch and tour stuff down the line. In The Fame she used "artifice" to sell us her music, it's pretty, and it's inviting, this was a necessity, this was her debut and commercial success was important. But MAYHEM is her raw form, she's not "using artifice" anymore, this is her unafraid of what the world might think of her and her music, this is not inviting, and it's not pretty in the conventional sense (I find it beautiful), she's defiant and confident now. The broken mirror is also on the same side as the "ice" on The Fame (meaning?), and the pic it's more zoomed out, like you can see more of her now. I think she's trying to tell us something with this cover. I might be completely wrong and off mark, but this is something I've been thinking about for some time I thought of this also!
