Rooting for Belinda! Victoria is so funny I can't wait to see her go totally unhinged. It's so good seeing Tim become the drugged out sloth and Victoria become the overly stressed snappy one. His friend's whole story surprised me but I was more surprised that Rick accepted it and didn't seem judgemental of his friend, even though it obviously shocked him. I really think he's second guessing his plan now. Ngl I was kinda thinking they would **** I thought it would have a montage of him and his friend doing it, and Chelsea and Saxon doing it to show that they're both cheating on each other. The brothers omg I literally screamed even though we all saw it coming it still shocked me. I can't say I'm into that one bit. It seemed like Lochlan was into it I'm surprised Chelsea is cheating but not surprised about Chloe at all. I'm so rooting for Belinda! Have been since the start. Getting a bit nervous for her though. I'm starting to think that Piper might not actually give a **** about Buddhism at all and she only wants to go there as an escape from her family. Each time she's gone to the monastery she has barely stuck around which is weird considering they never ask her to leave and she apparently so desperately wants to live there. The way Victoria learnt more about the place in 5 minutes than she even knew herself. How she only felt comfortable there when she saw other white exchange people there. She hasn't really engaged in the culture at all. I think she's secretly just as selfish and entitled as her family And on that note I think Victoria being played as the aloof, drugged out, ignorant one is a misdirect. I think she knows a lot more than she lets on. She probably knows Piper very well and knows that she's not as invested in the Buddhism as she says. ALSO.. I think her whole 'I'd rather be dead than broke' monologue while making intense eye contact with her husband was her way of trying to get him to confess because she already knows The thing finally happened between the brothers all of which I think is a power dynamic thing. Saxon has always been the overbearing 'man' and Lochlan the shy 'boy' and I think Lochlan is asserting dominance and 'proving' to his brother he's not as weak as he thinks. Also maybe Lochlan is bi idk it's so weird I'm nervous for them when/if they go to Greg's house I think the parents are going to stay in Thailand somehow. Timothy will go to prison if he enters the states again, and knows he has nothing left at home, and visiting the monk seems to have opened his mind a little. Victoria doesn't want to live a broke life ever again and and lazing around in Thailand is better than getting a full time job and living broke in the US. And I think this will drive Piper crazy and she will realise that she never cared about the exchange program and living in the monastery, she just wanted to get away from her family (or maybe even as shallow as to just be rebellious/subversive) OR Victoria will rat Timothy out to the feds for some kind of deal so she gets to keep some kind of comfortable lifestyle I saw a theory just before that interested me. Tanya told Belinda back in season one that she had a dream about getting poisoned with a cyanide pill on a mountain range in Asia, and Greg lives in a house on a mountain in Thailand.. poisoned protein shake? We know that damn blender has come up a lot. Or maybe someone poisons Greg I'm so nervous to see if Belinda goes to Greg's house or not. I had a thought that ****chai might take a bullet for her or something dramatic and fake us out as to who the death is at the end. I don't have any theories of it happening but I'd love it if Belinda kill Greg as revenge for Tanya (and her spa business) I don't think Rick will kill Sritala's husband. I think he's going to have some transformative breakthrough when he gets to talk to him. I also just think his mother made the whole story up or twisted it completely. He's had too many thoughtful moments for that to happen. With the therapy sessions with Amrita, the snake incident, his friend telling his story to him, and I think his relationship with Chelsea is real (and probably more normal outside Thailand. He's just stressed from being there) I'm still sideyeing Mook... I didn't catch that Lochlan didn't take the pill! He used his magician sleight of hand to hide it. BUT he then pressured his brother into taking it, right after Saxon gave him a speech about how they shouldn't take drugs because they need to remain in control of the situation. Implying 'men' like them let the girls get intoxicated and they can take advantage. And then Lochlan tells him he's gonna take him down one day. When they get pressured to kiss it was Lochlan who grabbed Saxon and kissed him when Saxon was clearly against the idea. Lochlan is taking control and asserting his dominance. Then later on when he jerks him off, with the context of power, control, dominance, AND knowing he wasn't under the influence but Saxon was, we can clearly see it was a power move. It's SA technically. And we know that SA isn't about the sexual gratification, it's about power. Now remember earlier Lochlan asked Piper about if she's had sex yet saying Saxon brought it up? We never got confirmation Saxon ever said such a thing, we just assumed it's true because he's a ****. I'm now starting to think Lochlan brought that up of his own accord. And he also let he be mad at Saxon about it At the beginning I thought Piper and Saxon were hating on each other because they were competitive and possessive over Lochlan, and both thought the other one was a bad influence. But now I'm starting to wonder if Lochlan is secretly a manipulator and has been playing them off against each other on purpose the whole time All of that mixed in with the fact he was casually watching videos of real people dying in tsunamis and admiring the power of the tsunamis (which I'd also forgot) I think we have a secret sociopath hiding in the disguise of a shy, awkward boy I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

It was one of her videos I saw on my TikTok earlier today!! this girl is really good at breaking down all the subtle context in the show. God this show is brilliant! I love Belinda. I really hope she survives and has a healthy relationship with ****chai and also gets her dream spa! I really think she's stronger than she lets on! I've been rooting for her since the start to be the one to take out Greg. I really hope she's the one to take him out Also I saw theories about what the names mean in the intro being next to certain animals so I'd like to go back and rewatch the intro now...
