melon 3,632 Posted March 8, 2025 Share Posted March 8, 2025 (edited) I thought it was more a general statement that she feels those are two Gaga trademark elements / sounds, if not I guess Vanish Into You edit: yes she was referring to Disease itself in the video and the background “Queen-esque” vocals.
