In her Rolling Stones breakdown of Disease she mentioned another track had hardcore production and Queen backup vocals.

I thought it was more a general statement that she feels those are two Gaga trademark elements / sounds, if not I guess Vanish Into You 

edit: yes she was referring to Disease itself in the video and the background “Queen-esque” vocals. But then she mentions the first track made for the album, we know that’s now Vanish!

Honestly most of these songs have background vocals in a way I haven't heard her do before, very Queen-like.
