Act II was never a planned project, it was just a concept Gaga had in mind while creating ARTPOP. Something she casually shared with fans in the LM chat room and Twitter after a couple glasses of wine and probably a joint or two. It's one of the reasons she doesn't chat with fans like that anymore 'cause they take those offhand comments as gospel and then when things don't materialize they attack her and her crew Ā Demos exist that could have made it to a follow up for ARTPOP but there is no Act II album that exists as an album. DJās at the party played Brooklyn Nights too last night? Was that a problem too? Heās a DJ, was asked by the organizers to DJ, and thatās what he did. Trust him playing NOBTR at a MAYHEM release party did NOT take away from the album. It was 8 hours long and Mayhem was played almost constantly (aside from The Beast and Blade of Grass) We literally heard Garden of Eden alone 6 times. He played EVERYTHING and really was celebrating Gaga and all sheās done and her new releases too!
