Your Album Ranking with Mayhem first impressions?

It always puzzles me how some of you are able to rank an album so early. It took me literally an year and a half to see clearly where Chromatica stands. The initial excitement or lack thereof can be quite misleading. Joanne was an album that appreciated in value for me in time.

So, 2 hours til my first listen to MAYHEM!

I've only listened to Mayhem twice from start to finish and it's probably between TFM and Chromatica right now.

To be honest I'm even having trouble ranking some of her previous albums. It has been shifting lately. This is the clearest I can get it:

But as an album I give it a high score. Just superb. Lets see how will it turn out in a month after many listens.

I mean album rankings can change anytime with every relisten, i started liking chromatica a good year and a half after it came out, i just think its fun to see where it starts off for people as a first impression !

I really enjoyed the album! Although based on the snippets and the first couple singles, I had such high expectations and was thinking it'd be her best since TFM, which to me it's not, but still very enjoyable...

There are so many great moments here though: Disease, Abracadabra, Perfect Celebrity, Zombieboy, Shadow of a Man, Garden of Eden (and DWAS )... I was gladly surprised with how Fame/70's it is – was not expecting that! I'm glad we're seeing new sides of Gaga sound-wise and that at the same time she's bringing back some classic Gaga sounds but making it fresh!

I do feel like some of the songs could've been cut or replaced with other good ones that she has in the vault... I wasn't a fan of Vanish Into You, The Beast or Don't Call Tonight...

That's why TFM is my favorite album because there are no skips, it's compact but amazing...
