Idk about you guys but I prefer a little bit of variety on a project, like imagine having all songs fall in line with Abracadabra or Disease, like how would those even standout anymore if all of them sound alike? I think thatās where Chromatica lost me a little, overall it had the same flavor, something she herself said that with that album she found a sound and chose it as the direction for the entire project. Thereās nothing wrong with that but for me I appreciate a bit more diversity and for each song to have itās own little moment on the record rather than blend Ć®n seamlessly. Ā To me, from the snippets we heard so far all songs sound different yet somehow work so well together.
