Honestly it's giving more ARTPOP than the Fame (the actual album not the unreleased – that I can see why y'all say that). I've been a GoE defender since day 1 and I'm honestly obsessed with the snippet and the unfortunate AI extension. 

From what he heard just now I can say that I wasn't expecting the song to sound like that although it sounds great! I'm just waiting to hear the all song before I make any comment. But I do not think it sounds outdated or that it sounds like Maneater. I think it is going to surprise us! This is going to be her best album.
