GAGA IS GROOVY 409 Posted March 3, 2025 Share Posted March 3, 2025 This Thursday, at a club in Shinjuku, 200 people have been invited to join a MAYHEM listening party, and I'm one of them!!! I automatically entered a lottery for an invitation to the the event when I preordered the Japanese CD and vinyl but had no expectation to actually win so I'm quite surprised I did! The event starts at 7:30 and finishes an hour later, so I'm actually only listening to it 5 hours before it drops onto streaming services at midnight here in Japan and I think the album will have been released in New Zealand by the time the party ends.... but!!! I think it will be a unique experience to listen to MAYHEM, for the first time, surrounded by other little monsters and inside some dingy club. Lowkey hoping for an exclusive free gift, or maybe a message from Gaga?? Honestly, I'd be happy with just a selfie opportunity next to a MAYHEM poster lol.
