It has been removed for me! I remember seeing this yesterday, but it just played her hits instead of unreleased tracks. Whether this was real is still up for debate. I use YouTube Music, and I see a new fake Kendrick Lamar release every month before they're taken down. Randos can definitely upload unofficial music to an artist's page on YTM. Still, everyone mentioned a higher quality sound, so who knows!

If I recall, all tracks were longer than 3 minutes, I don't know if that helps

I'm gonna assume it's just the first verse repeated like this version then cuz I feel like the full thing being out would have made more waves.
