This answers a recent wondering I've been having

I knew there was a song I didn't like from The Fame that sounded very similar to Eh Eh but always thought it was Summerboy, then was confused when I listened and Summerboy is completely different...

I lean toward this being fan made, ngl…why would she say Cherry Cherry Boom Boom if RedOne produced this? Also sounds very fan made with the Monster synths just being scattered throughout, and the fact that it is actually not that good.

It was just for the vibe - it was a demo she made on her macbook and it was probably just a marker for the sound of the vocal. Try to remember whenever we hear a leaked demo it was never meant for us... just a work file for the studio.

She recorded the song with Cherry Cherry Boom Boom, this was apparently Redone's production submissions he also did one for Paparazzi. Maybe there was a point in time where they discussed him executive producing the full album and reworking the songs she'd done with other producers. It definitely sounds like redone though along with the kick drum/pattern and crowd chants which he often used for others but I don't think he had for any released gaga tracks.
Not sure which monster synths you're referring to unless you mean the Redone horn but that's been used since Just Dance

Yeah it's pretty hard to stay on key while you're trying to craft a melody at the same time so the notes are adjusted after the fact to reflect the original intention. That's my theory anyways.
