Her legal documents that leaked back during COVID when her legal firm had a massive cyber attack and they leaked everything from her last 2 contracts with her label to the redacted transcripts from her at Kesha v Dr Luke’s trial. 

As part of said contract she couldn’t re-record any material recorded in an Interscope funded album recording session without their express permission. 

Also (this is purely my speculation), RedOne infamously never evolved his sound pretty much from 2012 and I imagine Gaga probably didn’t like the sound he was giving her so she moved on. Angel Down is the only song we have from those sessions in any form and he’s listed as a Writer.
