Only for their to be a 4th sister, Dooneese played by Kristen Wiig, who has baby hands and a large forehead. Which is premise of the "joke". It's meant to be an established character but i'm glad Gaga wasn't in it as it just made me uncomfortable. I don't think they could get away with that kind of sketch in the UK these days. There's been a greater representation of comedians with different disabilities since the 2012 Paralympics had some popular offshoot show.
