Sloan discusses working with Gaga and Richy

I just saw Sloan-Taylor Rabinor posting on Instagram about her being on a podcast.

I haven't listened to the whole thing yet, but she is discussing working with Richy Jackson and Gaga.

It barely has views so far, but I find the conversation to be very interesting.

For those who don't know, Sloan was dancing with Gaga from the Monsterball up until Enigma.

Ratchy got mad at Sloann because her friend (and new dancer for the JWT) Caroline wouldn’t lose weight and he said it was Sloann’s fault because she was a bad influence

“The Super Bowl was great because NFL’s eyes were on us all the time”  That’s so fvcked up

Gaga would kindly ask her for help on dance moves and the Rat would interrupt them going “what are you doing here?”, he was jealous of their relationship

She had the greatest memories of Gaga, she really is the kindest even though there are “snakes in the garden”, she says

Apparently the dancers would just be asked to sit in the dance studio for days and they wouldn’t even have choreos to practice 

No wonder why her body/mind broke a mere month later…….

she talks about how laurieann would come in and oversee rather than create choreography whilst richy made the choreo... what if he's actually responsible for bad romance

I mean that’s my understanding of the situation but it’s accurate with what she said. Back when they cancelled the Dive Bar Tour where she was supposed to debut new music, they said they needed more time to rehearse for the JWT, so yeah…

I remember thinking “why would they need more time to rehearse?? Didn’t they plan the rehearsals in their plans or something?” Now we know

- Laurieann set the tone for that toxic environment, and when Richy took over, it became worse.

- Richy would make Gagas dancers come to rehearsals and sit for 8 hours doing nothing

- Richy would do open calls for new dancers and make them wait outside in the sun for 12 hours.

- Richy would take down signs that says "water break" and shout at dancers saying he never took water breaks when he was a dancer

- Richy constantly made meetings about dancers salary and told them they shouldnt ask for more because they arent worth it, and they are replacable

- Richy would exclude one dancer from shooting music videos and big projects with no communication or explanation if they dont behave right

- Richy would tell dancers to cut off their friendships with other dancers, and blamed one of the dancer for making the other dancer fat

- Gaga was close to Sloan, so she would ask Sloan to help her privately with some dance moves, and Richy hated that, and kept asking Sloan why is Gaga asking for her

- Sloan says she has nothing but love for Gaga, and she doesnt blame Gaga for any of this, and that Gaga was always nice and kind. She also says Gaga and her whole team are good, it was only Ricky that was the issue, so she would have continued working working with Gaga if it wasnt for Richy.

- Sloan texted Gaga a nice text after quitting the Chromatica Ball, but Gaga did not respond to her

- Bobby eventually made one on one calls with the dancers, but nothing came out of it
