Luther and Not Like Us will certainly take over Gaga/DWAS on AM and the US Spotify (I think he already did today) - but I don’t see him pulling 10M+ for either song. Even if it happens no need to worry as the Valentines’ Day is just around the corner and DWAS may even reach a higher peak that day. It’ll probably remain at #1 until April or sth unless Abra takes over or Taylor drops something (which would be frontloaded and sizzle in two weeks anyway). Additionally, the Superbowl will be late in the day, so he'd need to overtake DWAS in less than 6 hours. The only songs that could potentially do that are those already in the top 5.
