She has always seemed extremely passionate about every era. The only times when fans talk about lack of promo is usually caused by unforeseen circumstances. Have you not seen the multiple interviews where she's spoken about how bad she felt mentally during Chromatica? How a lot of the album was driven forward by her collaborators like Bloodpop when she was basically just crying at the piano?

If I remember it correctly. I think they gifted her Arabella and also a private jet, but I'm not sure about the latter. Former First Lady of the United States. She was talking about her difficulties in life prior to creating Chromatica (which was more related to fame than music), and that the album kept her going and saved her. She mentioned so many times the liberation of having created the album. It's the fame part that put her off, never has it been music or Chromatica. StrawberryBlond 14,300
There's no evidence that this is her last album with Interscope. It was confirmed she renewed it around Joanne and they gifted her Arabella as a sweetener. As this was before she smashed with Shallow, ROM and DWAS, it already shows that she was doing great in their eyes but with those hits under her belt since, they'll definitely want to keep her. Artists can keep on the same label for years if they're successful enough, Pink said she renewed with RCA in a deal that will last many years and basically said she's with them for life and she's done 6 albums with them overall, including a side album and greatest hits. Gaga is top tier at Interscope, they'll want her around. I think they're supporting it because they realise the music she's making could genuinely smash. If an album is commercial, a label will be all too happy to promote it as it would be a waste otherwise. Chromatica plans were also scrapped due to the pandemic so this is making up for all that. It's also Gaga's first solo album in nearly 5 years, she'll naturally need a big push after being away that long. And it's clear she has plans to take a break after this to pursue marriage and children, so Interscope are going all-out to make sure they can make every last drop of money with this era before she heads off for another 5+ years.
