She’s telling a story of someone who is at a crossroads in life and decides to take matters into their own hand by casting spells and owning their energetic output (which creates reality). This figure is being warned by a cautionary character (The Lady in Red), like a spirit guide. 

“Pay the toll to the angels”, talks about respecting spiritual entities. 

“Keep your eye on the distance, when the devil turns around”, all spell work requires focus. If you check your reality often, it breaks spells and manifestations.

“Don't waste time on a feeling, use your passion, no return”. Again its like this Lady in Red is telling you if you want to change your life using magic, you have to commit. And the biggest, most important part of spells is the intention behind it.

it all culminates with the chorus “Abracadabra, amor oh na na” its literally a chant. 
 

To me this song is about hitting a point in your life where you need to face reality, understand you have power over it, but respect that power and energy, because once you have awareness that you are God and owner of your life, there is no going back, for better or worse, and she paints this idea through witchcraft, a widely known practice where it is believed you can shape reality based on intent and will. 

Adding into the mix this entry about the phrase 'Abracadabra' from Encyclopedia Britannica:

ABRACADABRA, a word analogous to Abraxas (q.v.), used as a magical formula by the Gnostics of the sect of Basilides in invoking the aid of beneficent spirits against disease and misfortune. It is found on Abraxas stones which were worn as amulets. Subsequently its use spread beyond the Gnostics, and in modern times it is applied contemptuously (e.g. by the early opponents of the evolution theory) to a conception or hypothesis which purports to be a simple solution of apparently insoluble phenomena. The Gnostic physician Serenus Sammonicus gave precise instructions as to its mystical use in averting or curing agues and fevers generally. The paper on which the word was written had to be folded in the form of a cross, suspended from the neck by a strip of linen so as to rest on the pit of the stomach, worn in this way for nine days, and then, before sunrise, cast behind the wearer into a stream running to the east. Just watched it again, and yknow what it gives me? 

Stupid Love but done properly  obv very different themes and palettes and direction, but that whole video was all dance but the directing and lighting and the shots seemed very… amateurish? 

but Abracadabra looks fully realised, expensive, well directed and beautifully shot

it's great that Abracadabra comes after Disease on the album... she's casting a spell to cure herself, uuugh, her mind

It is literally the song of the millennium. I enjoyed Disease but Abracadabra is epically on another level that cannot be touched.

Guys pls stop the DWAS hate all the SINGELS and everything we've heard so far is very well crafted and has soul and heart like disease is not in my rankings of her best by I can't deny the musicianship behind it same with DWAS not my fav but no one can deny it's impact and some would argue a highlight in her discography. 

It's ok to have preferences but the album is truly shaping up to be one oh her best all tracks included
