But what I do hope is that they won’t continue to keep riding this train for things like SNL. I love this song, but I want to finally move on to something new. Why would they be announced and not perform THEIR song that is #1 right now? Calling it a "tribute" simply means they'll blend DWAS with another unity-type song or do some kind of speech mid-song, and essentially take up a longer section than the other performers. Can we get a proper performance of one of her songs???? Honestly I was hoping for a new song or disease, Die With a Smile would have been okay too. She just did an homage to LA, we dont need another one. Just sing DWAS PLEASE We wait YEARS for new eras and performances and all we get are acoustic versions and tributes. Last time gaga performed on tv doing a pop show was 2020 vmas. And that was the only performance of the era. Shes already done it with AlwaysRTW and she could have just perform another song but no.. So if its both of them, which it is, the for sure will perform the most successful current song of course. And maybe they will merge it with 2 more songs of their discography or 2 classics. They both love do this. I refuse to believe it, otherwise it will be a shock. In general, I can understand some Monsters, I would like to see a live performance with a new song from MAYHEM at such an award, I want the real Gaga.
