I’d be fine with a dancy song, especially if the record is to be released shortly after anyway. Bring it on miss thing, get something out there for the pop clubs so people are aware she’s dropping an entire body of work in a few weeks. 
Also, we know there will be more commercially songs on the record, so id rather have her getting them out now so we can concentrate on the rest once it releases

There are so many variations and sub genres of house and dance music, if everyone keeps saying ‘oh but Chromatica’ then imo that limits what Gaga can explore in music. Let her dive back into some dance if she wants to !

Based on how Disease performed (despite its high quality), they should take the hint and probably not do another hard/industrial song as a single (sorry Abracadabra and Notorious). Something dreamy like Zombified would probably fare better commercially right now.

Side note: can we pleaseeee collectively retire the intension (in the linguistic sense) of „dark“ and the field attached to it? I feel like we all tagged along the dumbing down of what Gaga achieves with so many of her songs by just labeling it as „dark“ 😅

and side side note: now I want her to release a song called „Dark“ to shut all of this down for good
