SNL also has a much older demographic now. It's hitting the 30-44 range, while Spotify is 18-34. That's probably why a performance there doesn't easily result to a Spotify boost. Unless the performance goes viral online.

Okay so I think Coachella is our big chance for a boost for Abra everywhere

SNL did its thing though and gave Gaga excellent publicity. All I've seen is praise for her guesting, so that should keep the interest in her going post-album release.

Personally I'd go with the ABBA esque ballad "Vanish Into You" as next single.

However her hardcore fans are lowkey proving that don't vibe with traditional disco/funk unless it has electronic, ARTPOP influence attatched, so maybe "How Bad Do You Want Taylor Swift" is best choice :huntyga:

I hate our times, when songs „needs to go viral on TikTok” or some other sh*holes to be relevant.

I think Vanish Into You is a bit of a risk. HBDUWM is risk adverse and is a good choice for those who don’t traditionally listen to Lady Gaga outside of maybe Shallow, Just Dance and DWAS. It seems like the best choice for a hit and a solo one at that. I think Zombieboy has also resonated very well and would do good as a subsequent single in late summer/fall with a VMA performance to peak around Halloween. It is the most fun song on the album and has a lot of viral/tik tok appeal to it. While also echoing thriller in a sense. Maybe have Vanish Into You as the final single. That way if it flops it doesn’t halt momentum of the album/single era.

Vanish Into You is far from a risk. Edit the intro to not be a jump scare on radio and there you go. It’s very TEOG and Gypsy and is perfect for HAC and AC radio in the US. Also sounds like a UK and Australia smash to me
