Joanne jumped back to #2 on the Billboard 200, The Fame re-entered at #6, Born This Way re-entered at #26 and ARTPOP re-entered at #174, the latter one without having any songs performed at the show

I think the insane success of Abra at the beginning made us get the wrong idea for how this hit will play out. It was never going to be smooth sailing to the #1 even if that’s what it looked like for a few days.

I hope they have some Disease physicals, if they release them on album release week, coupled with the streams from the album it could outpeak, at least top 20.

Refresh my memory lil monstruosities. Was there noticeable hype in this thread for the possibility of DWAS hitting #1 when it was released, like what happened with Abra? if not, then doesn't that prove that Abra can still go #1?

Abra is being played on every big radio station in the UK, and is on power rotation on one of the biggest in the US, it’s out-viewing and out-streaming some of Gaga’s other relatively big hits - I think you all need to lower your expectations that not every song is a Die With A Smile (or Bad Romance, or Shallow), and not every song can be of that level. This song is enjoyed by both the public and industry, and therefore will be a withstanding single in Gaga’s career - no matter the chart!

Definitely... A Friday release + a Grammy performance and they already had the Mastercard deal so the MV premiere would've gave her a top 5 debut for sure
