If Gaga gets a #10 solo I will be very happy at this point. In the last 12 years since Applause shes only had 2 top 10 solo hits in the Hot 100 that werent even huge smashes. SL was top 10 only briefly and MR literally required a Super bowl performance and discounted itunes and still only went top 10 for 1 week.

 

I dont care what ppl say when they keep arguing her big smashes last few years (which were collabs) were not hits because they were collabs and that Gaga was the power behind it.

 

Her charting history in the last 10 to 12 years literally doesnt support the idea that shea a strong chart power on her own

 

Which is fine, quality over charts, its not shade necessairily. But just saying why I will be happy if she gets a brief top 10 that is a solo because where shes been in her career post 2013 that will be good by her standards and something that will be good enough for me to cheer!

Charts are very unpredictible and we know she shouldn’t be unestimated. ARUTW and Bloody Mary were #1 easy contenders. If her team really want that #1 hit on LG7 they will get it. They never really tried post Million Reasons imo.
