Well yeah, there is that. And it could definitely foreshadow eventual Abracadabra run.

But for real, I don't think Disease had the same initial impact and hype that Abra currently has. That song never really launched past the fanbase. So it's not crazy to hope that we do better this time around, especially with whatever buzz the new album is bringing.

Based on how it sounds when I listen to it in the car, Abracadabra sounds more radio friendly than disease to me. I think it will slowly climb on radio as it becomes a more familiar hit 

Even if it misses the top 10 in the upcoming tracking weeks, I’m confident it will be in the top 10 after album release week.

The release itself was a big promo effort, she also did the Superbowl tribute (and it was great ). Our expectations are just a bit unrealistic sometimes  I feel like we have nothing to worry about, the era barely started, and we have much more promo and performances to look forward too.

I think they were aware that despite being playlisted on streaming services, Disease didn't go anywhere and soon there were Christmas season, so they didn't experiment with it.

It means Disease wouldn’t have grown on radio by itself. Meanwhile Abra is already starting to grow on radio (without a deal), is stable on streaming, and the video already has more views in just ten days than Disease has in four months. Abracadabra is doing excellently.

If it won’t hit top in its 2nd week (1st full), it will do it eventually. If not during its 3rd week, then during the Mayhem release week. I’m sure about this one to be honest, so I sleep calmly knowing we will have multiple hits from Mayhem 🖤 Acrually UK proved that all Mayhem singles so far deserved top 10. Great job UK huns 🇬🇧

Sucks because the song has more points than Texas who went #1 on the hot 100, but interscope sucks at doing fraud chart tactics for lady g , it is what it is. Hoping it stays stable and they announce physicals for next week or pre album launch so it peaks top 10. Crazy prediction tbh.
