I find that list so interesting!!! But also strange at some parts. Its telling me for example Beautiful Things by Bensom Boone is the #33 most successfull song EVER? Hard to believe

That list is based only on Top 40 chart points, so if a song falls below 40 on their weekly chart it won't get any points from those weeks 

So no, Beautiful Things ain't that huge units wise. Also they count radio airplay for Top 40 points, so it's somewhat radio driven chart too.
