Mexico is a very promo sensitive country and they can do huge numbers on streaming services. Her team was also testing a few songs on playlisting when the album dropped/Gaga herself has been posting key contenders on TikTok. If she is looking for longevity with this album (and album sales), it makes sense to push singles to radio to keep sales afloat through this cycle.
