Debra is about to spend more time in the top 40 than Disease spent on the entire Hot 100!  If it didn’t fall out this week, which had a rather large album bomb, then I don’t see any reason to think it can’t be back in the top 30 next week.

It's def going to sit in the top 25-40 of Billboard if radio continues to increase. Radio is the only reason Bed Chem by Sabrina has been charting in the top 40 because its streams and sales are pretty much nonexistent.

Without Playboi Carti Abra would still be top 30 on the Hot 100 and Garden Of Eden would’ve stuck for a second week :fthis:

I wish they would give us GagaVisions, the fan video, etc. in the gap before Coachella

these 3 weeks till Coachella without anything will be long ngl, they might have something in store to keep the hype going, but on the other side we know she's working hard at rehearsing now, it's a dilemma lol

But something pre-recorded like you said would be no issue, gagavisions making a comeback would be a dream of every fan :bradley: even for Chromatica it made a brief comeback, they could def do the same for mayhem.

I think HBDUYM and VIY should be the singles in that order even though GOE is pulling the biggest numbers. At this stage in the album cycle they need to get people to listen to the album who haven’t yet, promote the tour when it’s announced, and eventually promote the album for Grammys.

HBDUYM appeals to younger Gen Z’s and girls who didn’t grow up with Gaga and tune into the album yet. VIY appeals to older audiences who may like Gaga because of her ballads and Grammy voters. GOE is one of my fav on the albums but is very gay and millennial coded, not sure it will bring new audiences to Mayhem and add anything commercially getting the single treatment

We also haven’t had two post album singles since BTW so this probably won’t happen anyway :huntyga:

I pray that there will be more singles and videos from Mayhem

It has been so painful in the past to watch Interscope drop ARTPOP and Joanne and Chromatica so quickly. Like they couldn't handle someone so magical :kry:

I feel like they signed these three albums off as flops before there was even a chance for them to thrive. :triggered:

I truly hope Mayhem is given the support that TFM and BTW were given :fatcat:

Sometimes I wonder what would be different if Gaga had gotten the support she deserved...

Subtract DWAS and I think we have a different story...... but I guess we'll take it.

Still would have Renaissance numbers with only 13 tracks :reductive:

The song has, what? 2.1 billion streams? And the album as a whole has 2.7 billion streams? (If I'm reading y'alls' posts right, I don't do charts from other sources other than posts here xoxo). So literally 77% of the album's streams are from the Bruno collab :rip:

That song's only purpose on the album is to guarantee streams so I feel like it's fair to go at it for that tbh.

Bruno's a huge streaming force. His song became Gaga's biggest song and he pulled Rosé into the top streaming lists with a song that's streamed like 6 times her next biggest song.

The comparison to CC is weird 'cause Beyoncé didn't collaborate with any artists that are bigger than she is. But putting artists against each other is a weird thing to do anyway and it's why stupid decisions (like putting DWAS on Mayhem) are made. The competition for profits among the millionaire/billionaire class.

And? DWAS had 6 months to gain streams, it's % is decreasing all the time. Bruno isn't/wasn't bigger than Gaga when they dropped DWAS, he gained like 100M monthly listeners from DWAS and APT. so he wouldn't be above Gaga without APT and Kpop stans. Post Malone is way bigger streaming force than any of the listed ones. Gaga had many successfull ballads recently (MR, Shallow, ARUTW, INLA, HMH) so DWAS success definitely isn't based on Bruno.

Atm he is :emma: he gave both Gaga and Rosé hits over the last few months. Without him approaching Gaga with DWAS he'd still be in the top 10 on Spotify while she'd still be in the 30s to 40s with an album that has less than a billion streams.

It's just facts tbh. Not even a criticism other than I prefer it when Gaga's """""flopping"""""" 'cause that's when she gives us stuff like 911 or John Wayne's music videos instead of moments like this where she's precariously perched near the top and terrified of bad PR.

I can't comment further on Bey 'cause I don't follow her charting at all :ladyhaha: CC was the first Beyoncé album I even actually liked oop

Stop stating your opinions as "facts" ffs... :billie:

CC has 30 tracks so that alone makes it easy for it to get more streams. Gaga would be above 100M listeners without DWAS at this point without the apk removal.

She could've added The Cure to Chromatica too, but DWAS on Mayhem is her decision and vision, so you better respect that and deal with it. :iamfair:

I think the best possibility for Abracadara in US would be to let it keep climbing on radio and once it reaches its peak go in with physicals, remixes, sped up version and discount on iTunes.

It’s already a hit and doesn’t have anything to prove but a potential new peak could be doable with radio support.
