But tend to forget MR needed the HUGE exposure from Superbowl, it had big issues before the performance and was called Million Discounts for a reason Hold My Hand was milking the powerful ballad type from a movie post ASIB but ended up being very local. Happy Mistake failed getting attention while getting gold playlisting and visual from performance. And like you said BoG and The Beast tend to be the skips from the GP on MAYHEM Looking at it, Abracadabra's reception has been far better than the ones mentionned. My point ballad doesn't mean a smash on lock imo. Happy mistake especially deserves so much better Probably was of her best televised performances, i just re-watched it for the millionth time And Abra is def a force, it's a big worldwide hit with cultural impact, huge on TikTok and the MV is also making waves, almost 100M views in under 2 months is impressive, I struggle to think of another act that can pull views like this in this day and age. Born again MV released just 3 days later with LISA (k pop fans), Raye and Doja cat and they are STILL trailing behind abracadabra MV views, 78M VS 91M. She's outdoing 3 acts alone The melody that you choose can rescue you 1
Chromanne 1,227
Right now, radio is the biggest hurdle for Abracadabra to peak. I can't believe Skinny, Dessicated and Dry managed to peak #40 in the radio and Abracadabra peaked #51. Why are radio stations' priorities this funked up? There is a silver lining here. If that song managed to peak #40, Abracadabra can atleast go top 30, so that it can re-enter Top 20 in Billboard Hot 100. Why are radio stations' priorities this funked up? Did skinny, dessicated and dry get a radio deal? Because Abra didn't get any radio deal, the gains we've seen so far are all organic, i really don't understand why they didn't push a radio deal on the USA tbh, we'd be probably doing better now, and with a higher peak. Yeah, it could have got a deal I guess. By the way, ignore the timeline, I got it wrong. Still Skinny, Dessicated and Dry was released in Jan 24 and Abracadabra was in Feb 3. Just 10 days earlier than Abracadabra but still that song entered much earlier because of the deal.

We might enter top 10 on pop radio this week if the updates are positive (difference is small) maybe big stations will start playing it more if that happens. ceminay 979
I believe either VIY or HBDUWM will be the next single. HBDUWM will definitely be huge regardless of promo, it could also elongate the era and get her more exposure again on US radio as a solo single, allowing for VIY or another single afterwards to be more successful. It’s not my favorite song on the album, but the hate it gets from this fanbase is ridiculous. VIY would need more promo, but it would be a classic. It’s such a beautiful song and I see a lot of potential. Just needs the right promo lined up. 1

Without him approaching Gaga with DWAS he'd still be in the top 10 on Spotify while she'd still be in the 30s to 40s with an album that has less than a billion streams. It's just facts tbh. Not even a criticism other than I prefer it when Gaga's """""flopping"""""" 'cause that's when she gives us stuff like 911 or John Wayne's music videos instead of moments like this where she's precariously perched near the top and terrified of bad PR. I can't comment further on Bey 'cause I don't follow her charting at all CC was the first Beyoncé album I even actually liked oop notice how you keep posting and no one is liking any of them 3 2 1
Louvre 3,391
Something fishy is going on with the Abra audio on Tiktok. It was gaining like 10k new videos every single day but for the last week its been stuck at 711,000 videos. Is no one making new videos? Is there a different audio that took off?
