Oh so like US

Not really, US is doing better.

US has 10 tracks charting, one top 2 and one top 20.

Brasil only has 6 tracks, and the higher position is 11#.

I know people want a US top ten, but I don’t think Debra really needs a re-peak. If it hangs out in the top 20 or even lower 20’s for a while, that’s a great chart run for a song like this! We know the US has awful taste (Try living here!) and a strong stable top 20 hit is really good.

I wonder why her team hasn't uploaded the accoutic performances of Abra and Perfect Celebrity to YouTube?

What a missed opportunity for extra promo, especially for those who don't listen to Radio!

Thanks to MAYHEM, Gaga is now the artist with the most #1 Dance Albums in the chart history (8), breaking her tie with Louie DeVito (7)

Longevity is much more important than peak positions… take ROM for example… or SL

According to the charting positions of the songs, what are your predictions on the next single? I think they will either go with GOE or VIY. HBDUWM could be saved for later if it ends up being used, as it’s already radio friendly enough to be successful later on.

GOE sounds like a summer hit, TF/TFM Gaga with a fresh production and is super catchy, just not sure if stupid US radio would play it as any taste the US had is gone… VIY represents the album more, is a beautiful song and could be more radio friendly, it’s a grower though, and could be a hit with Millions Reasons promo, but doubt she will do that.

I doubt anyone knows yet though, maybe they’re testing the waters these couple of weeks with playlisting and will decide after Coachella.

These NZ lads agree with you. It was their favourite along with "Disease" and "Abracadabra".

I have no doubt the whole world will eat up GOE, it’s a banger. The question is will the US do the same since US radios love boring music, or if Interscope will try to cater to a US audience more with a slower song like VIY.

I think they'll go with VIY to do exactly what you're saying, try to cater to the States audience. Abra reached a global audience more so that niche is covered
