On Youtube, we are over-performing in the sense that western consumption of Youtube has dropped significantly. The interest is there for ABRA but how it is not translating to daily streams on Spotify is beyond me. I still have faith tho. Omg that boost is CRAZY! I think it’s translating I just don’t think the song was gonna do that 8.4 mil peak we had that Friday due to playlisting. That’s what set us up because without that boost Abra would have stayed around the 4.5 - 5 mil mark and it’s streams these days wouldn’t feel so underwhelming. I wish that update never happened. But I wouldn't consider this as a flop. It's a big improvement for a solo single since Stupid Love and Disease and it continues to have a more worldwide coverage. Also, longevity is more important than a higher peak, like look at Always Remember Us This Way, it peaked at #47 but objectively has more longevity and success than Rain On Me even in the US.
