I still feel "Abra" will perform similarly to "Rain On Me" where it becomes a hit Europe/Aus. The Weeknd opened with 3.4M streams (don't look at the absolute number of streams, it's not really comparable due to Spotify growing in user base vs 2019). It took the song 22 days to be back at that level of 3.4M streams. As a matter of fact, after 10 days (the amount of days Abra is released) the song was down to 2.3M stream which is a decrease of 32%. Abra on the other hand started out with 4.9M streams and after 10 days is at 5.7M streams, which is an increase of 17.2%. I think it's very normal for a song to drop considerably before finding its stable point and then increasing again due to promo/radio/album release. I wouldn't worry too much and just let it have its run, probably it will be declining further for the coming week(s) until it rebounds with the album drop 6 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yes, that's largely due to Kendrick clogging the Spotify charts, but Abra had biggest percentage drop (-8%) of the entire global Top 10 on Spotify today. I think some people just got spoiled by DWAS, and now anything that doesn’t live up to that ungodly level of success is considered a flop to them.
