I can't wait to see some of you coming back in a week with praises. It is the only Gaga album that shines with clean instrumentals. The vocals are flawless. Production is engaging. The hybrid is unique. Mid-section suffers, she could've gone harder, but I can see why she needed those songs to give everyone a blanket of sunny compositions.

This is the real, grown up and happy Gaga.
It's one of her best albums, instrumentally everything is perfect, the vocals are top notch, it's a completely new sound for her (with a hint of the old).
Gaga never repeats herself. And she's proven it again. This is a gorgeous piece of work, especially after the faceless Chromatica. 10/10.
P.S.: I never understood people who react to new music with open mouths and screaming, but when I was listening to zombieboy my earpiece flew out of my ear and I was lying on the floor almost screaming....

I pretty much agree but I’d move how bad do u want me to D tier and die with a smile to D because I don’t like ballads LOL

 

This is based on first listen on Spotify which I didn’t realize how poor the audio quality is (even set to high) compared to Apple.

Woah. So on first listen I was quite underwhelmed. Came back to it and now looping all the songs and I'm so happy. I love how diverse the sounds on the album are. The production is also creative and gives even simpler songs some depth. Vanish Into You is the current fave. You can hear her happiness. Go Gaga.

I can’t stop listening to it. It’s really fantastic and it grows on you so much.

A lot of times with Gaga records it takes a minute to appreciate them because they’re always different from what you expect. There’s always some twist or strange choice that makes you go “hmmm ok, not sure about this” but it sticks with you, and you can’t help but go back and listen again. Then the music works its magic and you’re hooked!

Hmmm Disease and Abracadabra blew me away immediately and I really thought I had a clear idea of where the sound of the album was going. Will definitely need a few more listens but I’ll wait until it’s officially on US Spotify tonight. 
 

As for the KhiaRats dragging it on Reddit and Twitter, they need to worry about the decay of their creativity bankrupt fave. Mayhem is light years ahead of anything they have been subjected to in the last decade by their overlord.
