maybe the whole thing is an elaborate meta-attempt at creating mayhem within the fanbase so that the actual announcement, album cover, etc. come as a real surprise 🐍

Can't believe the roumors were true :o the title makes complete sense considering all the interviews! But it kinda seems impossible for the full album to come this soon , maybe single 2 date??

Can't help but wonder why the LG7 teasers have been so very hidden, cryptic and lowkey.

Tbh that would be cool… and this now supposedly mayhem cover being the fame/monster reference and she’s gonna tease new pics inspired by her previous eras…

 

a long time ago I posted in the mega train thread a theory that she might do an album with songs inspired by her previous eras, where she’s at now, and where she is going. So maybe we are getting past, present, future album, with a concept of chaos and a party for everyone with genre bending.

Joker/DWAS clearly threw a spanner in the works due to one being insanely massive and the other under-performing. They clearly were banking on Joker to ride the wave into LG7, but in the end it is what it is.

Least now they have Coachella and Copacabana plus a whole lot more I'm sure yayy.

That would be the most boring strategy ever. Waiting SEVEN weeks, practically two months, for different countdowns with themes and imagery we already know? I'd rather to stay silent.

She should release the 2nd single and announce the album at the end of the countdown imo but she'll probably only  do the latter

Nightingale wasn't a public placeholder if I remember rightly. It was used as the placeholder name for Harlequin assets before her webstore updated.

The way I manifested a Inez and Vinoodh photoshoot for this era 5 months ago. At the time I said I wanted something high contrast, black and white and kinda grungy that I&V would capture perfectly and it happened. I'm so happy. I love it.

But for a cover I hope there are some embellishments like the title written somewhere, cause covers with just a photo and nothing written à lá FKA Twigs doesn't fit well for Gaga, I think for her the cover has to have the title of the album written on it with a bold choice of font.

In my opinion they are so uninspiring, boring and this cover doesn't say anything. Like I don't know if I should prepare for an alt jazz record or some rnb ballads. 

 

This is just my opinion so I'm happy you love it. I wished for a Steven Klein kind of dark vibes
