It makes sense as an album cover and translates the message she has been spreading in the last months. I don't know why people insist so much on it being a promo picture.

I mean, the promo pictures for Disease ate so hard compared to the screenshot we got as Single Cover.. so I could see this one particular picture also being for promo, which doesn’t mean that they didn’t shot the actual cover 10 minutes later in the same hair and makeup and so on 🤷🏼‍♀️

When Disease was about to be released, the name Nightingale was found in her website's source code, but later it was revealed to be just a placeholder name for Harlequin. And the Chromatica temporary cover was this one:

Perhaps the lanaboards insider saw it because someone they knew or them dug into her websites code randomly and perhaps they just assumed it was the album cover and title

What if the count down is when the next image will be released? So in 6 days we get LG2 image. Then another week for LG7. So basically we are 7 weeks away from the LG 7 announcement.
