I'm not going to go along with a narrative I don't believe to be true. He very well could be a piece of crap nazi, it wouldn't surprise me. I'm no stranger to the garbage and thinly veiled references that come out of the party. But seeing him do this gesture twice in a row, it doesn't look to me like he was doing the salute.
