It IS happening. It’s not just Brazilian media. The Mayor of Rio even admitted he had to sign an NDA. Let’s stop with this pessimistic attitude.
The news is out because this was supposed to be announced earlier this month along with LG7 just based on the bits of info they’ve revealed over the past weeks. The media definitely had their stuff ready to be published. 
If anything, their NDAs are over and the won’t waste any time promoting an event that is clearly a huge push for their city.

to this point it's crystal clear it's gonna happen, but I'm just not that secure about the date.

and the only people who signed NDAs were the ones directly involved in negotiation, so the media has nothing to do with it

When do you think they’re gonna announce it I mean, didn’t they say they’re deadline is January?

The show will most certainly boost her numbers a lot in Brazil and Latin America. Us brazilians care a lot about live performances, and when the entire country learn that she really sings live and is able to put on a high energy show, her reputation will be stellar here. As for the international impact, I'm not really sure, but Brazil is a big market, we'll have to wait and see.

Well, when it comes to her Latin American monsters, they always know the assignment so I think you’re right. I think we should expect a big increase in numbers in Latin America.

they did, but welp... the album is supposed to come out next month and we have no idea of what's going on behind the scenes, if it was indeed delayed.. I don't like this and I'm not sure why this is happening

Madonna 2024 stream did amazing, the show was incredible, I hope Gaga can create something spectacular, not just simples choreos for the hits. This need to be a Celebration…the fact is happening after Madonna is hilarious…but I can see the producers thinking after M who is the biggest Pop Star….
