Really unfair to say Americans think they're the center of the Universe over the fact that people are dying in these fires and homes and pets have been lost forever. Don't forget, a lot of these people didn't care about Maui when it was burning and that's also a part of the USA.

We don't even know if Gaga had huge plans to do things in LA and those places have possibly burned down. An announcement will come, when it comes.

I feel conflicted on this because obviously I feel awful for those affected and hope they rebuild their lives but I can’t help but think that if this was anywhere else in the world it would be business as usual.

California is the 5th largest economy in the world for the seventh consecutive year, with a nominal GDP of nearly $3.9 trillion in 2023. The fires will truly affect the world's economy.

Yet they keep their mouths closed about the genocide of the Palestinian people
