how depressing it is to open up a thread and it's the same usual suspects complaining and moaning and spreading lies about an album delay when actual fans are trying to celebrate another number 1

You’ve hit the nail on the head I think, an unspoken thing that fans nowadays don’t talk about is her age in life.She does give her all I think, but she doesn’t wanna tour the world and repeat herself in 12 interviews a day like she did from 2008-2019, especially now she does it for movies too. The peak of my life and memories was around her peak for me, I lived through all her highs and lows and remember it all, a lot of young fans were too young to appreciate those days so they crave it again for themselves.

I personally have calmed down yes I used to be the “let’s wait outside the arena for her after the gig” type of fan waiting till like 1am sometimes during The Monster Ball, or queuing up and trying to get took backstage at The Born This Way Ball. But now I have a full time job and a family so I can see where she’s coming from. Ive personally not been to see her on tour since artRAVE either, she’s just too expensive and doesn’t fit into my schedule anymore. But I’ve decided I will be going to see her this time around for LG7, and I hope she sells some limited M&Gs for that although I don’t see that happening nowadays.

I think she started out wanting commercial success, travelling the world and everything and we have to remember she spends most of her life from 18 - 22 trying to make it, then worked nonstop till she was 26, but nowadays has lent more into being like her idols.

Shes less Madonna and definitely more Bowie nowadays, I thinks she’s hyper aware of how the public views Madonna and her antics in her older age, hence why she’s “acting her age” so to speak.

Also I’m glad we kept this civil too it’s all love in the end

Yees! Also I think that a lot of us compare the frequency of her input to let's say frequency of input of other artists (Madonna, Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey, Kylie Minogue) and desire the same energy from Gaga. Anyways, at this point I'm really excited for LG7, I know the music will be worth it (it always is)
