The Internet will always be harsh but to be fair it's not unreasonable to expect a singer to be able to sing live well.

I do agree with that 100%. Get a singing coach and learn how to really wow people. She's got the money, and the label would probably pay towards it anyway. But that's still not grounds for people to say the nasty evil **** online that they do. You still have to treat people with general respect even if they're a celebrity. She's not an evil billionaire, she's a girl with lupus who can't sing well
