I used to be obsessed with the first few seasons but by the end nothing was funny and none of the characters were likeable anymore. And part of me is saying I shouldn't have bothered with Lovecraft Country. It works incredibly well as a 1 season limited series, but after learning what the creator had in mind for season 2 before HBO canceled it feels disappointing knowing what it all could've lead to and won't get the chance to. Could not agree more about The OA. An absolute TRAVESTY that it was canceled. It was gripping and transformative. I know there is somewhat of a movement for it to come back somehow some way.
