I can see why die with the smile is on the album. Who knows when Bruno Mars will actually put out his next album. The fact that this was a hit means that she should put it on her album. Because some of us still collect a physical copy of albums.

 

Another prime example is my husband loves to bitch about how he hasn't heard songs like Christmas tree and some of the other songs I play like stuck on ****ing you because if it's not on the album and if it's not a hit well then he's not going to give it any kind of play. He's not aware of those genius songs. 

 

My only critique is I wish she would actually go in the studio and do a solo version and make it exclusive to her album.

Literal months of threads full of tears about how she's underperforming in the charts and how scared folks are for LG7's numbers. 

Now 9 pages of people crying that LG7 will open with a minimum 1Billion streams on a bonus track lol 

And before some of y'all say you weren't in the latter, some of you definitely were.

Such a cheap move. So what’s even the lead? 

Forget about cohesiveness in the music, what about the looks? Disease is all dark and avant garde and DWAS is toned down, colourful and 70s inspired. Feels like two completely different albums. 

You mean to tell me the LG7 era started in August and we didn’t even know it?

It's a smart move to put DWAS on the album at the end like c'mon

I think it was a deal with Interscope like she had with TFM 

If you remember TFM would be considered as her second album if it surpassed like 10.000 unites (I didn't remember correctly the right numbers) and if not it would be considered as a re edition of the Fame

I think it's the same with DWAS and Disease 

+ She already made some similar move in the past like DWUW as the second single instead of Venus because DWUW smashed, same with Million Reasons and A-Yo

C'mon y'all, before this interview she ALREADY said a multiple time that there's different genres on this album, stop talking about cohesive when we didn't have the full album for now

It's not that deep, music is a business and she still has contract with Interscope

She's not the first of doing that and will not be the last artist so

Yeah but lets remember that thanks to the advent of the iTunes store albums were typically laid out so all the singles were tracks 1 through 3/4 so that people previewing the album before buying would be hit with back to back "hit or potential hit".

Guys she's right to put DWAS on the album, it will increase the streams and sales ! Rosé did the same thing. 

Also she said ofc that LG7 is mix of different genres so why not a 70s Rock ballad song ?

So we have on LG7 :

Zombified : darkwave, funk.

Notorious Being : Industrial, Rock, Darksynths.

Dance in the Shadow : Synth-pop, electropop.

Abracadabra : Heavy EDM, Industrial, Techno.

Disease : Dark-pop, industrial, Rage.

(In fact there are more subgenres but all these snippets have similar vibes).

And we have DWAS.

I think the album must features many tracks, with more different genres.

Y'all this is a worldwide SMASH. Ofc it’s gonna be on the album. I’m actually grateful for it. Success guaranteed. I’m sure they know how to make it blend with the rest of the songs and the album as a whole. TBH DWAS is too good to not get album treatment - it’s gonna come down as one of her biggest hits, which it already is. It has been number one globally for 3 months ??! And might be number one on the hot 100 after Christmas
