Well, taking that into account, and if TikTok was the only argument here, Biden is much worse than Trump. Trump might have started it, but Biden stepped on the gas until the very end, while Trump was the one who ended up questioning it not too long ago. For me, the TikTok ban is a bad move from all perspectives and almost a political suicide for these kinds of reasons. But oh well, it seems the government cares more about fighting ghosts than serving the American people and their needs.

Not necessarily, Trump made an executive order to ban it at the end of his term. When Biden came in, he revoked Trump’s executive order to ban TikTok and WeChat. If Trump had gotten a second term back then, TikTok likely would’ve been banned or sold off years ago. Biden has handled this poorly now for sure, especially with how much the Dems relied on TikTok for their campaign. But considering Trump’s actual actions on this, it’s hard to take anything he says now seriously vs the Dems stopping his previous attempt at an immediate ban. Tbh considering both side’s attitudes towards this anyway, it’s a poor issue to determine who she would vote for
