PartySick 145,727
No, she broke her own hip She was in pain, said nothing, and used drugs to continue performing through the pain. She's much more aware and responsible for her own health now. 13

gagzus 14,585
Id say it’s a combination of Gaga and Troy’s fault tbh. Gaga kept going without telling people she was in pain and was legit vomiting both on and offstage. She decided to make a stage that was a chore to traverse every night AND she didn’t demand enough down time. on the other hand Troy should’ve not overworked her so much. He should’ve done regular check ins with her and insisted she had time off.

The goal is for the artist to sing live while dancing and when he makes Gaga jump everywhere and move every single part of her body at the same time... That's why the choreographies for songs like Bad Romance and Alejandro are much better as they don't demand a crazy amount of energy & stamina This 100%. Just look at 911 at the VMAs and compare it to TCB choreo where Richie had Christopher Shazar assisting him.
27monster27 11,313
I doubt he did it tbh. This is hard though. People forget that Lady Gaga gave herself ~one month long breaks in between each leg. So that fact that she broke her hip means that she was insanely overworked. She had, again, one month between each leg to rest. Now she did, yes, record a lot during those breaks, but still. he/him/his

Gaga was not in a good place mentally & as a result took risks and continued behaviours that ultimately led to her body giving out. No matter what her close friends and confidants might have been saying at the time (and we don't know what was happening), ultimately it came down to Gaga needing to know it wasn't sustainable and reaching that point herself. It's just sad her body had enough and decided to teach her that lesson in the way it did.

VTV 12,709
I'm just glad his era of Gaga's choices and choreo is over. There is no point in crying over spilt milk. threads like this can be harmful to gaga's team imo

On top of this, she was seen vomiting A LOT on this tour! One thing after another kept happening leading up to the result we know. This tour seemed like being on a stair master for 2-3 hours straight. Edited December 8 by himerosxo

It's only a theory, this a fan forum where we discuss Lady Gaga opinions and thoughts. I've opened an interesting healthy discussion about his choreo and I'm glad we've been able to purely converse about the actual injury without any of the other allegations being brought into question. Yes, his era is over, but was still a hugely integral piece to her career. Boomkack has famously always been mentioned, I expect the same for Richy.
