LG7/ Disease is an exorcism scene

So yeah I'm here again after listening to Disease 12744 times. 

Listening so many times... I came to just one conclusion about this song and next album. 

I feel like she's trying to create an album that is like an exorcism, a final one. A reflection about her demons sang from a healthy and cured person. She's looking back at her addictions, how she dealt with them.

How those addictions haunted her.

Disease is a song that's literally sang by her demons, the little devil on her left shoulder that's saying stuff to her. It's a song sang by her demons. 

Abracadabra is about the magic of drugs/medicine and how they seem like a magical cure to depression. 

"I've been zombified" - a victim to the medicine / pills.

She said this album is the same as chromatica but created from another mental place. One of awareness. 

Disease is the perfect teaser of this album's theme.

I agree and disagree with you 

Here's my theories :

"Notorious Being" is probably about being famous and escaping from reality, feeling empowered while "Dance in the Shadows" is the duality between her fame persona and her true self. 

"Abracadabra" is a curse to heal by creating art, while "Disease" is about how her hardworking side can heal her from her inner demons but also make her feel pressure too (I think I'm not sure lol). 

"Garden of Eden" is probably about love and how it's a safe place for her. 

"Zombified" is maybe abt how she manage to have many creative ideas but can't achieve them at all (I think it's also linked to the music industry control).
