It's strange because when you say you don't like Perfect Illusion the assumption could be that you didn't like Joanne or don't even like rock. The thing is I adore Joanne as an album. It's a great listening experience in my opinion, very well mixed and composed. Great instrumentation and vocal performances. The tracks flow really well and the album is so well paced. Diamond Heart & John Wayne are incredibly well crafted pop rock songs (unlike Perfect Illusion). Dancing In Circles could have easily been a single, fuses genres so well and is reminiscent of Alejandro/ Ace Of Bace. So Perfect Illusion sadly no, but Joanne as a good album I will always defend.
