Rio de Janeiro's Mayor hints at Gaga concert in Copacabana Beach?

Eduardo Paes, Rio's mayor, just tweeted this:

"Just so you guys won't think I'm ending Friday upset! "Everybody's in Rio!" If you get it, you get it! [Giving you] Signs!"

Earlier today he had a press conference where he mentioned negotiations for the next act to headline a free concert at Copacabana Beach (like Madonna did this past May) were already advanced.

Obviously nothing's confirmed/it may turn out to be nothing so take it with a grain of salt, but if it happens it'd be undoubtedly iconic

Wait, hold on. There are rumours that she will do Glastonbury too, so maybe these big crowds show have nothing to do with the tour, and she could come back later this year to make proper shows

Weird timing, she’s gonna perform Coachella in April, is she allowed to perform the same set outside Coachella? Will she be able to come up with and rehearse for two different shows? So many questions

Honestly I’d rather have the LG7 tour than this, it feels kind of cheap from Gaga to come back for a special concert so she can get away with not bringing her tour YET again
