It also bombed her reputation as an actress. Believe me you're all not ready for the comments for her next big actress project announcement 

It already shows on her invovement on next Wednesday season. People just don't want her 'to turn it into a musical' or 'wasting it'. 

Only my opinion, but music should remain her main focus. She's so creative and became so respected / praised there.

This article is a long shot and wishful thinking as far as Gaga considered.
 

I hope fellow monsters won't be too disappointed if Gaga is not nominated. This role is attached to an infamously hated movie. Like, audience and critics are hating it equally. It's hard to be appreciated for your work when that kinda stuffs haunts.
