That video you shared is not the ARTIST THEMSELVES (Lady Gaga in that example) putting out a sped up version of THEIR OWN SONG (Bad Romance), which has been prominent recently specifically because of tiktok. Cool, some people made sped up remixes of songs before. Great. I'm sure they did. That has nothing to do with the modern practice of artists listing official sped up versions of their songs on official channels like Spotify.
