I can imagine it meant a lot to her this time around, considering she wasn't a main producer on her previous album (Chromatica)

hmm, I think this might be one of Gaga's hyperboles, though. I'm not sure all of her songs are made on piano. A lot/most, yes (and I love her for this), but all? I'm not sure..

Yes, she said that on BTW era, that all her songs were created by a piano first before turned it into pop. That's why she can turn any songs into piano acoustics on shows and still sounded great.
