Trump's Appointments to Cabinet

He's filling positions with people who have expressed complete loyalty to him. Last time he appointed people who were establishment and they kept him from completing some of his worst ideas. Think Pence; he largely fell in line but when Trump tried to remain in power after he lost, Pence chose country over party. Trump's learned and now there are far less people willing to stand in his way. It's the reason when people started to quit his cabinet in his first term he didn't officially confirm new ones. He kept them on as "acting" so he could fire them at will. 

Now is the time for Americans to go into our communities and find organizations that are working to shield their small areas from the worst of what's to come. It is very likely that no one in the government is going to save us this time. This is me begging. PLEASE seek out community action committees and establishments that will protect your immigrant neighbors from raids. Reach out to your local government and ask them how they plan to respond to the upcoming federal calls to action. 1 in 15 families are of mixed status. You WILL be personally affected whether you think you personally know undocumented immigrants or not.

Literally same. I've applied to 200+ jobs in NYC to hopefully permanently relocate asap. I have a bad feeling Florida is gonna be ground zero for a lot of the new administration's plans and I'm not trying to get my dirty commie socialist marxist libt*rd a** trapped here.

idc anymore i told myself if he won i would not stress out about it everyday like i did during his first time around 

theres no point ill vote in the midterms for all liberals and hope for the best 

america deserves to get wiped out by global warming and i wouldnt be surprised if our economy collapsed because of the tariffs he wants to impose. i have been wanting to live in europe and the next 4 years might be a good chance for me to experience that.

Yeah, please come to Europe! 🤗 We need sane and liberal people here. The right is on the rise here, too, but it's nowhere near as bad as whatever the US is gonna be under Trump with these clowns in cabinet positions.

I actually hope many liberal Americans are permanently gonna move to Europe now. We need a safe haven of democratic values somewhere, and I hope Europe can be that.

I was in shock after the US election, but now I'm very hopeful that it's just gonna make those in power realize that we in the EU need to prepare to become 100% independent from the US asap. That country will be a completely unreliable partner under Trump with very questionable ties to Russia etc., and an even more questionable future. 

Also what you said about global warming: It's so funny to me how Florida and other areas are so anti-immigrants, yet their home states will be among the first places to be rendered inhospitable by climate change (even sooner now with Trump rolling back all those climate protection policies). So what are these people and their families gonna do? Seek protection in a place that's not flooded and barren yet? Cause that'll make them immigrants. lol

I doubt given a cabinet position with how many conflicts of interest he has, he will just be on the sidelines given gov't secrets to tweet on X. Crazy how hasn't left Trumps side since the election. In fact it's very very unsettling, like if Kamala won and Soros was by her hip yet he didnt inject 190 million in her campaign . We called it, he's shadow POTUS and JD Vance hasn't been seen once with Trump    .

The Musk appointment doesn’t scare me nearly as much as Robert Kennedy.

 

I looked into RFK as I was hoping to feel good about supporting a 3rd party candidate…. I came away horribly disappointed and then some.
