Harlequin is most likely going to be submitted to Best Traditional Pop Album (same as Cheek To Cheek and Love For Sale). And since she’s releasing LG7 I think those are going to be the Pop category , unless it’s Electronic. 

Happy Mistake can’t be submitted to Original Song because it’s not in the movie but Folie a Deux is so maybe that has a chance! Happy Mistake deserves Pop Solo but again LG7 in the same year means Disease or another single could be submitted there.

Disease - Best Dance Recording

DWAS will probably be Gaga's best ever hope for sweeping all nominations for everything it could possibly be nominated for. It's her biggest ever chance to get a major category win in SotY or RotY and doing it with Bruno increases her chances as he's a big winner in these categories. And if Chromatica Ball gets nominated for best music film, it'll be the icing on the cake. 

As for other nominees, it will be all about Sabrina and Chappell, I'm sure. I think Taylor will be surprisingly under-nominated. Beyonce will most likely get nominations all over the shop as usual. Charli will get the most nominations she ever has but I'm pondering if she'll actually scrape a AoTY nomination.

I saw some who are expecting nominations for Happy Mistake & Harlequin together with Die With A Smile, it might lead to unnecessary disappointment.
