I’m never going back to the gym unless my doctor forces me to or i have one of those stereotypical life partners. 
I thought oh yeah, i needa get buff and help my mental health. 
Because i’m a person that likes having an aesthetically pleasing vibe. 
And when i was 16 i did that. 
And i woulda totally played Disease back then. But the gym and me, if i don’t have a trainer that’s screaming at me it doesn’t work.

I could totally go today IF I REALLY WANTED TO. I do my little arm and upper arm thing, i have 3 different exercises i do.
The one where you hold the weights at my best i did 15 pounds. You flex for 15 times in a row. Then you push up 15 times, then you but your arms behind your head and push up 10 times with a heavier one.

Then i do bench press. Then i do squats. Then i do the leg thing that you sit in and go up and down. And then the thing for your thighs that you push up in.

I also used to do 100 push ups every day.

It is a great workout song!! The tempo, intensity, and lyrics really make me push myself to hit new limits :legend:

When doing pull-ups I also played it and was reminded of the scene in the music video where she's chained up. :ororomunroe:

it unleashes the monster within me yup 

especially while on the treadmill running or lifting weights it really hits in the last part of a sprint or the last set of weights

mother really knows how to make a gym banger
